Faro is a remittance rate comparison platform operated by Cassiopeia LLC. Faro is NOT a money transfer service or money transmitter. We do not process, execute, or intermediary money transfers. Rates shown are for reference and informational purposes only and may vary at the time of transfer with the provider.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Rate comparisons are informational in nature. Always verify the exact rate on the provider's official website before sending money.
• Cassiopeia LLC is not responsible for differences between rates shown on Faro and rates applied by providers at the time of transaction.
• Cassiopeia LLC is not responsible for losses, damages, or harm resulting from use of the information published on this site.
• Cassiopeia LLC's maximum liability is limited to $0, as Faro is a free information service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on tufaro.io — including text, logos, design, code, and the "Faro" brand — is the exclusive property of Cassiopeia LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission from Cassiopeia LLC is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

By using Faro, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through our platform
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems, data, or networks
• Conduct automated scraping without express authorization

Links to services such as Remitly, Western Union, Wise, WorldRemit, and others lead to third-party websites. Cassiopeia LLC does not control, endorse, or guarantee those services, their rates, availability, or security. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Cassiopeia LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Cassiopeia LLC may suspend or terminate access to the service, without notice, in the event of a violation of these terms or for any reason at its discretion.

9. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), seated in Wyoming, United States. The parties waive the right to litigation in courts and to jury trial.
